Toyota debuts ‘Human Support Robot’.
Aimed at the elderly, the HSR is marketed as a “partner robot” and is designed to help with simple tasks such as picking up items from the floor or shelves, or opening curtains. It is also being marketed as a nurses aid in hospitals.
HSR can be controlled by voice or a via tablet.
